PENCIL SKIRT IS NEVER OUTDATED IN THE WORLD OF FASHION

I am a great admirer of skirts in different lengths and cuts. When I'm about to purchase one, the crucial factor is to suit my body shape and to please me personally, regardless of current trends. I can't say for myself that I blindly follow them, I don't by clothes just because it's presently trendy and without a thought how will it fit me. Rather than that, out of each trend I select a few garments which are in accordance with my own style and include them in my wardrobe. One of the skirts that maintains popularity and which, from season to season, regularly appears on catwalks and store shelves is pencil cut skirt.

Given that they nicely delineates the body and highlights the curves, besides that being knee or bellow knee length so they don't reveal too much and leaves the notion of elegance, these skirts are often first choice of many ladies. No wonder they were, because of their sophisticated emphasis on their sex appeal, adored by divas from the Golden Age of Hollywood. Thanks to all that, pencil skirts remains unavoidable part of world's wardrobes, for which women are happy to reach when they want to achieve refined yet attractive appearance.

At the centre of today's outfit is rightly the pencil skirt which I found, completed with a sweater, in boutique Posh in Novi Sad. It's made of wool so, except the pretty looks, it's also warm. Both of them are distinguished by the same pattern of knitwear and can be stylized together or worn separately in combination with other pieces of clothes. Particularly interesting is skirt's edge in the form of a small frill that makes it special and impressionable.

I've decided to enhance this set with mid-calf boots, especially precious to me, because they follow the line of my leg which is quite narrow and sometimes it's hard for mi to find this type of footwear, ankle or high models, that doesn't leave too much space between the brim and the leg. In addition, these boots, through houses Chanel and Balenciaga and brands The Row and J. W. Anderson, made their glamorous comeback on the fashion scene.

I rounded up and harmoniously „painted“ this outfit with Zara coat and Michael Kors Mercer handbag in identical, beautiful burgundy shade.
